Acting as Marketing & Creative Manager for Northwest Specialty Hospital, I drove the organization’s marketing strategy, executing B2B and B2C campaigns and promotional events that increased brand awareness across North Idaho and the Inland Northwest.
Leading internal and external teams, I served as the primary contact for the in-house marketing team. During my time with the company, we launched a company-wide brand refresh that simplified visuals and messaging to improve the appeal and consistency across 20+ sub-brands.

Removing the gradient within each icon and dropping “Specialty Hospital” on the clinic logos made a huge difference in the legibility and versatility of the brand.
